Manganese is not usually used to treat ureteral stones.
The role of manganite is diarrhea and laxative (with the use of drugs with diarrhea to pass stools), moistening dryness and softening, clearing fire and reducing swelling. Used for solid heat stagnation, abdominal fullness and distension, stool dryness, intestinal carbuncle (carbuncle in the intestinal organs, with fever, right abdominal pain, can feel the lump as the manifestation of) pain; external treatment of breast carbuncle, hemorrhoids, swelling and pain. It is not usually used in the treatment of ureteral stones.
Treatment of ureteral stones commonly used medication, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, endoscopic treatment and other methods.
1. Medication: Ureteral stone medication needs to be individualized according to the condition of the stone, such as pain caused by the stone can be analgesic treatment, commonly used drugs are diclofenac sodium, indomethacin and so on.
2. Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy: the stone can be broken and discharged from the body, especially for the treatment of upper ureteral stones, the success rate of the treatment of lower and middle stones is lower. Note that bleeding disorders, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, urinary tract infections and other conditions are not suitable for the use of this treatment.
3. Endoscopic treatment: endoscopic treatment includes ureteroscopic lithotripsy and lithotripsy.
