How to rehabilitate yourself if you can’t hook your feet

The inability to hook your feet may be caused by strain and nerve damage. Exercises such as heel lifting, foot triggering and dorsal extension can be used to improve the symptoms.
1. Heel lifting training: the patient takes a standing position, lifts the heel off the ground, then slowly lowers the heel, stays for two seconds and lifts the toe again, 15 times as a group, 2~3 groups can be carried out every day.
2. Trigger foot training: patients take a sitting position, feet flat, both hands trigger the affected toes, slowly force backward until the maximum degree, hold for a minute and then repeat, 20 times in a row.
3. Dorsal extension training: patients take a sitting position, legs forward, dorsum of the foot to the upward hook, can be combined with elastic band for resistance training. Repeat the exercise, 15 times per group, 20 groups per day.
There are many ways of rehabilitation training for the feet not hooked up, as well as static squatting training, standing inclined plate training and so on. It is recommended that the patient under the guidance of the doctor to choose the appropriate way of rehabilitation training, in order to avoid the body damage caused by improper operation.
