The main symptoms of noma in women are genital ulcers and pain, which may be accompanied by ulcers in other parts of the body. 1. Genital ulcers: there are ulcers near the genitals of women, which start as inflammatory pimples and gradually turn into ulcers, which are rounded, with irregular edges, soft to the touch, and oozing out grayish-yellow fluid, accompanied by a foul smell. They are usually found on the clitoris, labia, vestibule, perineum and anus. 2. Pain: The ulcerated area will be accompanied by obvious pain, which will continue as the condition worsens. 3.
