Dust mite fragments, secretions, excretions and eggs can cause allergies in humans, and because of their small size and light weight, they can be dispersed in the air and cause disease. Dust mite reproduction rates peak in warm, humid environments and in the presence of food. The distribution of dust mites is seasonal and geographically specific. Dust mite allergy can cause atopic dermatitis, urticaria and other allergic diseases, mainly manifested as itching, rash, erythema and lichenification of the skin; 2, The main features are nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing and runny nose; 4. A few people will also suffer from allergic conjunctivitis, with itchy eyes, tearing, red eyes and congested and edematous conjunctiva. How to deal with dust mite allergy Dust mite allergy treatment is mainly desensitization treatment, including subcutaneous injection desensitization and sublingual drops containing desensitization, subcutaneous injection dose from low concentration to high concentration increment, so that patients reach the maximum tolerance amount, maintain about 3 years; sublingual containing desensitization through the sublingual or oral route of administration, gradually increase the dose and concentration until patients reach tolerance to a certain concentration of dust mite allergens; maintain about 2 years. Other treatments include pharmacological anti-allergy treatment, allergen avoidance, etc. How to prevent dust mite allergy 1. Keep the room air circulation, dry, clean and dust, wash clothes, mattresses and linens regularly, expose to the sun, avoid using blankets, carpets and other objects that can easily breed mites as much as possible, choose wooden flooring, tile or stone flooring, and put as little furniture as possible indoors; 2. Allergy-prone people should reduce the time of indoor activities, spend more time outdoors, leave temporarily when cleaning and dusting, and avoid staying in Children should avoid jumping on the bed and sofa; 3. Regularly clean the air conditioning filter, do not let pets into the bedroom.
