What are the care measures for anxiety

Nursing measures for anxiety can adopt general nursing and psychological nursing.
1. General nursing: first of all, ensure the safety of patients, do a good job of safety inspection, eliminate unsafe factors to avoid accidents; ensure the regularity of patients’ diet and sleep, and ensure balanced nutrition; keep the patients’ medicines and urge them to take medicines regularly, and discover some side effects in the process of taking medicines in a timely manner so as to deal with them in time.
2. Psychological care: the principle is to accept the patient’s symptoms, understand the patient, help the patient to recognize the symptoms, reduce the symptoms, or live with the symptoms. First of all, we should establish a good nurse-patient relationship, not simply deny and criticize the patient’s symptoms during contact, listen patiently, understand and respect the patient, and help the patient learn to relax.
Apply intention guidance, deep breathing or other relaxation techniques to gradually relax the muscles; encourage the patient to express emotions and bad feelings, and assist in identifying and accepting negative emotions and related behaviors.
When anxiety symptoms are serious, you should go to the psychiatry department of a specialized hospital in time, under the guidance of a doctor to standardize the treatment, not self-medication.
