Lysis refers to tubal lysis, a common test to check the patency of the fallopian tubes, and is a surgical operation performed 3-7 days after menstruation and without intercourse. First, the patient empties the bladder, takes a bladder truncation position, exposes the cervix, and places the tubal lavage tube into the uterine cavity, forming a water sac that is stuck above the internal cervical opening. By injecting fluid into the tubal lumpectomy tube, a certain amount of pressure is generated, leading to the bilateral fallopian tubes. Based on the level of pressure and whether the patient has symptoms of lower abdominal pain, it is a more common test for checking female infertility to determine whether the fallopian tubes are incompetent or not open.
