Treatment: Observe the differences in the effective rate, local control rate and overall survival of advanced malignant tumors in the combined treatment of microwave ablation and chemotherapy, observe the adverse reactions of the two combined regimens, and clarify the independent adverse prognostic factors affecting the survival of advanced tumors after microwave ablation treatment. The systemic chemotherapy regimen was adopted as the standard regimen for each solid tumor, and microwave ablation was applied to single or fewer than 3 or less <5 cm tumor foci with stable chemotherapy efficacy, and chemotherapy was continued for 2 weeks after the procedure to consolidate the efficacy. Main innovations: Microwave ablation is a minimally invasive technique combined with systemic chemotherapy for the treatment of inoperable or recurrent metastatic advanced malignant tumors, with a view to further improving the efficiency and survival of patients; and few side effects, without increasing the pain of the patients, without affecting the amount of patients' life treatment. Especially for the elderly, weak physique, poor liver and kidney function, and those who cannot tolerate surgery, it provides the hope of cure.
