If the location of perianal abscess is deeper, the skin symptoms are not obvious, mainly manifested as painful defecation, crying violently when in pain, the intestinal tube is stimulated by inflammation, and the number of bowel movements increases. If the symptoms of infection aggravate there will be systemic symptoms, such as fever, chills, dysphoria, refusal to breastfeed.
