Acute tinnitus and deafness can disappear with treatment of some or all of the following symptoms.
Foreign bodies in the external auditory canal: if the foreign body is removed, the symptoms will disappear; inflammation or abnormalities in the eustachian tube: if the cause of the problem is resolved, the symptoms will disappear.
Caused by an inner ear cause: e.g. sudden deafness, depending on the doctor’s examination, if the hearing loss is in the low frequency region, the treatment is generally relatively good, with older patients taking longer and having relatively poorer results.
