How is deafness and tinnitus treated?

In clinical patients with symptoms of tinnitus and deafness, specific treatment measures need to be combined with the diagnosis of the primary cause.
For patients with secretory otitis media, active treatment is given to improve middle ear ventilation and promote drainage. For patients with suppurative otitis media, ear drops such as chloramphenicol cortisone solution and oxyfloxacin ear drops are used. The treatment of patients with tinnitus also includes the treatment of complications such as anxiety and sleep disorders.
