The point above the right hip bone is usually the appendix, appendix, right ureter, and right kidney. The point above the left hip bone is usually the descending colon as well as the left ureter and the left kidney. If a patient presents with pain in the right lower abdomen, appendicitis is usually very likely to be considered. In the early stages of appendicitis, there is pain around the navel, and after a period of time the pain shifts to the right lower abdomen and is fixed in the right lower abdomen. During physical examination, pressure pain, rebound pain and muscle tension in the right lower abdomen may be present, and an appendiceal ultrasound examination is required. The diagnosis is usually clear and appendectomy is recommended after diagnosis. If there is pain in the left lower abdomen, the possibility of urinary stones is usually very high, usually the more common being ureteral stones. When a stone becomes lodged in the ureter during downward drainage, it can cause severe pain accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and blood in the urine. After diagnosis, if the stone is less than 6mm, it can be eliminated by drinking more water, but if the stone is larger than 8mm, lithotripsy is usually required.
