Treatment of right surgical neck fracture of the humerus

The specific treatment modalities for right humeral surgical neck fractures are divided into conservative and surgical treatment modalities. Regardless of the treatment modality, early passive shoulder motion is required. If there is no passive movement of the shoulder joint, it will cause extensive adhesions in the shoulder joint, which will affect the function of the shoulder joint and lead to limitation of shoulder joint movement after treatment. Conservative treatment consists of continuous traction of the upper extremity, such as shoulder shaking or other methods. The main focus is on shoulder mobility to ensure healing of the fracture. In addition, surgical treatment mainly involves internal fixation of the lateral plate to promote fracture fixation and early functional exercises of the joint.
