Zhao, female, 61 years old, farmer, housewife, initial consultation: October 5, 2012, Lu Yongkun, Department of Encephalopathy, The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This formula is based on Xiao Chai Hu Tang combined with Wenzhi Tang plus and minus.    Prescription: Chai Hu 12g, Scutellaria Baicalensis 12g, Radix Scutellariae Sinensis 9g, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 12g, Poria 15g, Fu Shen 30g Citrus aurantium 9g, Zhu Ru 15g, Salviae Miltiorrhizae 30g Acorus calamus 15g, Yuan Zhi 15g, Sha Ren 6g Patchouli 12g Radix Glycyrrhiza Uralensis 3g. 7 doses with water, one dose per day. On the second consultation (October 12, 2012), after taking the above medicine for 7 doses, dizziness was reduced, unsteadiness in standing disappeared, palpitations, chest tightness, sighing and breathlessness were lightened, the feeling of jumping and trembling in the stomach and epigastric region basically disappeared, occasional hallucinations, drowsiness around the body was reduced, nausea was possible, poor sleep was reduced, stool was normal, tongue was red, moss was greasy and slightly yellow, pulse was smooth. On the third consultation (October 19, 2012), after taking the above medicine for 7 doses, dizziness, drowsiness around the body, stomach and epigastric fluttering and tremors disappeared, hallucinations disappeared, palpitations and chest tightness basically disappeared, sleep was possible, stool was normal, tongue was light red, moss was thin white, pulse was smooth.
