Furacilinum gel is a topical antibiotic cream that is mainly used for mild purulent inflammation of the skin, like common burns, otitis media, skin ulcers and so on. Furacilinum gel is not recommended for use on broken wounds, it works as an antibacterial and antiseptic by interfering with the sugar metabolism of bacteria.
