What does furacilinum gel treat?

Furacilinum gel is a topical antibiotic cream that is mainly used for mild purulent inflammation of the skin, like common burns, otitis media, skin ulcers and so on. Furacilinum gel is not recommended for use on broken wounds, it works as an antibacterial and antiseptic by interfering with the sugar metabolism of bacteria. It still has a broad antibacterial spectrum, including gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, but it is not effective against fungi and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which are bacteria. So when choosing, try to apply it to early skin ulcers, skin sepsis and other conditions where the use of furacilin gel is not to be taken orally. It has fewer side effects because it does not contain hormones, so there are no hormonal side effects. Also, burning sensation and itchy skin after applying furacilinum gel are possible, with certain allergic reactions, which is a normal side effect of furacilinum gel. Overall furacilinum gel works well in skin infections, especially mild pus-filled infections.
