If there is inflammation in the body, it is recommended to go to the hospital for routine blood tests. In addition to routine blood tests, ultrasensitive C-reactive protein and whole C-reactive protein should be done to identify the cause, height and strength index of inflammation. If the inflammatory response index is relatively high, application of anti-inflammatory drugs is recommended. It should also be ascertained whether the inflammation is due to bacterial inflammation, viral inflammation or atypical pathogens. If bacterial inflammation is the cause, application of respiratory quinolones such as levofloxacin and broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory drugs such as penicillin and cephalosporins is recommended. Erythromycin, azithromycin and roxithromycin can be applied if the inflammation is caused by atypical pathogens; antiviral drugs such as ganciclovir, acyclovir, cytarabine and ribavirin can be applied if it is caused by viral inflammatory infections and can be used in the treatment of inflammation. If you can use a single drug, try not to use a combination of drugs; if you can use oral medication, try not to apply injectable drugs for anti-inflammatory treatment.
