Is esd surgery an option for low-grade endomatosis?

Low-grade endomatosis is an option for ESD surgery. Low-grade endometriosis is a type of gastric precancerous lesion, which can be determined according to gastroscopy and its gastric mucosal biopsy technique. In addition, patients with low-grade endometriosis treated with ESD have a high survival and cure rate; ESD can be used for staging and treating patients with precancerous lesions. Low-grade endometriosis is non-specific and may present with symptoms such as dyspepsia, mild epigastric pain, nausea or anorexia; ESD is also an effective treatment for early gastric adenocarcinomas and gastric epithelial tumors, which is treated with a specialized electrocoagulant knife that cuts through the submucosal layer to dissect and peel off the lesion; it can be used to resect mucosal tumors as well as certain submucosal tumors without any restriction on the size of the tumors. In patients with low-grade endothelial neoplasia, early and standardized treatment is recommended to minimize the adverse effects of the disease.
