The fastest way to recover from spleen and stomach qi deficiency

There is no such thing as the fastest way to recover from spleen and stomach qi deficiency. Commonly used treatments include traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion.
1. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment: take Sijunzi Tang as the basic formula. If pre-dawn diarrhea occurs, tonic bone resin, schizandra, and ripe epiphyllum can be added; if bleeding occurs due to the spleen’s failure to regulate blood (the spleen is unable to regulate the blood), ripe earth, Agaricus blazei, and Xianhe Cao can be added.
If diarrhea is caused by spleen deficiency (diarrhea caused by weak function of spleen), add fried Semen Coix lacryma, Chinese yam, Gorgon fruit, etc.; if the middle qi is sinking (deficiency of spleen and stomach qi, with manifestation of falling of internal organs, etc.), add Shengma, Chaihu, Chenpi, etc.
2. Acupuncture treatment: take acupuncture points of the middle epigastric region, Foot Sanli, Spleen Yu, Neiguan, Stomach Yu, Guanyuan, Jianli and so on.
3. Moxibustion: take acupoints of Zhongjiao, Shusanli, Shenque, Stomach Yu, Spleen Yu, etc., and use moxa sticks or moxibustion through ginger.
If you need to use acupoint treatment, you need to be operated by a doctor. Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine needs to be used under the guidance of a Chinese doctor, and individuals should not use it blindly, so as not to cause adverse consequences.
