Functional exercise for low back muscles

1.Five-point support method: the patient lies on his back, using his head, elbows and feet as the fulcrum, extending the back of the waist and back, and making the back as empty as possible. 2.Three point support method: patient lying on his back, upper limbs placed in front of the chest, with the head and the root of the feet as the fulcrum, lumbar back extension, try to make the back empty. 3.Flying swallow: patient lying prone, two upper limbs placed on both sides of the trunk, at the beginning two upper limbs posterior extension, head and neck posterior extension, chest away from the bed, after learning the above actions, instruct the legs to straighten, together, lift to the rear.
