What does absorbed heat mean?

Absorbent fever usually occurs within 3 days after surgery and is a sterile inflammatory condition. As a result of the operation, there is oozing, seepage and even crushed fat particles inside the abdominal cavity. The organism produces an increase in body temperature during the process of absorption, which is usually around 38 degrees and does not exceed 38.5 degrees. If the patient’s body temperature is too high, more than 39 degrees, consider that it may be caused by bacterial infection. Prompt blood tests are needed to find out the counts of white blood cells and neutrophils, and to check the value of calcitoninogen. If it is caused by infection, antibiotics should be used for treatment.
