Difference in age of cervical cancer vaccine bivalent quadrivalent ninavalent

The cervical cancer vaccine includes bivalent, quadrivalent and nine-valent, and the appropriate age for all three is 9-45 years old.
The difference between the three current cervical cancer vaccines is mainly the different types of HPV viruses prevented. The bivalent cervical cancer vaccine prevents fewer types of HPV viruses, including HPV16 and HPV18; the quadrivalent cervical cancer vaccine prevents more types of HPV viruses, including HPV16, HPV18, HPV6 and HPV11.
Nine-valent cervical cancer vaccine prevents the most types of HPV viruses, including HPV31, HPV33, HPV45, HPV52, HPV58 and so on, in addition to the above types.
It should be noted that people who have hypersensitivity reactions to the active ingredient of the vaccine or any of the excipient components are prohibited from receiving the HPV vaccine, and those who have symptoms of hypersensitivity reactions after injection of the product should not be revaccinated with the product. Regular cervical cancer screening is still required after HPV vaccination.
