Early Symptoms of Leukemia

Early stage of leukemia may show the manifestation of reduction of three series of red blood cells, platelets and white blood cells, and its symptoms are mainly anemia, bleeding tendency and infection.
1. Anemia: Reduced number of red blood cells in the circulating blood leads to reduced ability of blood to transport oxygen and causes anemia. The main manifestations include dizziness, fatigue, headache, decreased activity endurance, and dyspnea after activity.
2. Bleeding tendency: mainly caused by thrombocytopenia, resulting in skin and mucous membrane bleeding, nosebleed, gum bleeding and other manifestations.
3. Symptoms of infection: caused by the decrease of white blood cell count in the blood, and the decrease of immunity, the patient is very susceptible to exogenous infections, such as fever, sore throat, swollen gums and pain, and may also have abdominal pain, diarrhea, frequent urination, urinary urgency, painful urination, and so on.
Therefore, those who experience symptoms such as those above should go to the hospital in time and be treated under the guidance of the doctor.
