Symptoms of insomnia and anxiety

  Insomniacs often experience anxiety due to difficulties in falling asleep and lack of sufficient sleep, and anxiety can further affect their sleep. They usually have different degrees of discomfort in various aspects, including psychological, neurological, respiratory, urinary, gastrointestinal and daily behavior.  1. Psychological aspect: insomniacs usually show excessive anxiety, nervousness, uneasiness or fear because of difficulty in falling asleep and low sleep quality, and are in a highly excited state when they have insomnia, and are listless and lacking in energy in daily life; 2. Nervous system aspect: insomniacs with anxiety usually show frequent sweating, panic, palpitations or chest tightness and shortness of breath; 3. 4. Urinary system: Due to the continuous nervousness of insomniacs, they are prone to frequent and urgent urination, which may increase the number of nighttime urination and affect their sleep, forming a vicious circle; 5. 6. In daily life: people with insomnia and anxiety tend to be depressed, speak in a thin and light voice, have poor concentration and memory loss or weakness, and some people may feel heavy limbs or general weakness.
