What’s wrong with a lump on the back of my back that slides

Bumps behind the waist will slide, usually for two reasons: First, the waist appears aseptic inflammatory lesions, in the process of inflammation absorption, will lead to muscle and surrounding soft tissue adhesions, there will be striated nodules. Second, there are lipomas under the skin of the waist, and when massage is pushed, it feels like a sliding sensation under the hands. In this case, the first one should rest and avoid getting cold, because continued activity will lead to further increase of local inflammation, and after getting cold, it will lead to slowing down of blood circulation and accumulation of inflammatory metabolites, which will lead to further aggravation of pain and other symptoms. In the case of lipoma, surgical excision should be performed to find the location of the lipoma after local anesthesia, remove the lipoma completely, and then perform skin stitching.
