Urticaria generally does not heal on its own, but only after a period of time, but it can recur at a later stage. The main treatment for hives is to find and avoid the cause of the disease. Common causes include food, such as animal protein; food additives, such as salicylates; infections; drugs; physical factors such as mechanical stimulation, heat and cold, sunlight, etc.; insect bites; psychological factors and endocrine changes; and genetic factors. However, about 3/4 of the patients cannot find the cause clinically and need active drug treatment, usually antihistamines, glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, etc. are commonly used clinically. In addition, for children with only a small amount of wind masses, those with suspected causes can first remove the cause and continue to observe; if the wind masses continue to increase, it is recommended to seek medical attention in a timely manner, such as chest tightness, dyspnea, abdominal pain, blood in the stool and other symptoms need urgent medical attention.
