Low blood pressure, also known as diastolic blood pressure, low pressure 50mmHg may be normal physiological hypotension, but may also be abnormal pathological hypotension. 1. Physiological hypotension: this condition is generally related to the adjustment disorder of the vegetative nerve function, physical fitness, family heredity and other factors, mainly because there is no other disease, but the blood pressure is usually measured at 90/60mmHg or less, note that physiological hypotension generally does not need special treatment. 2. Pathological hypotension: generally caused by acute blood loss, including trauma or gastrointestinal bleeding and other conditions, which will make the blood volume suddenly reduced. Also, vomiting and severe infections can significantly reduce blood volume, leading to hypotension. Symptoms may require blood transfusion and rehydration, and in the case of severe infections, in addition to blood transfusion and rehydration, active anti-infective and anti-shock treatments should be administered. It is recommended to exclude pathologic hypotension when blood pressure is abnormal, and to measure blood pressure in time to understand the situation of blood pressure, and to seek medical treatment for abnormalities.
