Multiple micronodules and ground glass nodules in both lungs are diffuse lesions in the lungs, which may be intrapulmonary tuberculosis, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, intrapulmonary metastases and primary intrapulmonary tumors.
1. Intrapulmonary tuberculosis: most of the cases are accompanied by cough, low-grade fever, night sweats (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping after waking up), etc., which can be confirmed by ppd test and sputum culture.

3. Intrapulmonary metastases: most of them have a history of primary tumors, and the presence of multiple intrapulmonary metastases will have corresponding changes, and the nodules will increase in size during the review process.
4. Primary intrapulmonary tumors: primary intrapulmonary tumors can also be manifested as multiple nodules, and there will be corresponding changes in the process of early lesion development.
The presence of multiple nodules in the lungs, accompanied by obvious cough, chest pain and decline in physical condition, requires timely medical observation and standardized treatment under the guidance of clinicians.
