The tooth root which is partially fused with the alveolar bone, the human body will treat it as part of its own bone, and as long as the surface wound is completely healed and no inflammation occurs, then there is no need to extract the tooth. Therefore, no matter what method is used to extract the tooth, if the root remains for various reasons, there is no need to pursue a clean extraction, and there is no need to worry about any sequelae left behind, just relax.
