The term “first time” here should mean “first sexual intercourse”. If the hymen is completely ruptured, there is usually no more bleeding after the first time you have sex; if the hymen is not completely ruptured, or if the vaginal wall is re-injured, there may be more bleeding. Most women experience a rupture of the hymen and a small amount of bleeding when they have sex for the first time. However, there are a few women whose hymens are not completely ruptured, and may rupture again during subsequent sexual intercourse, and may bleed again, which is normal; or men may bleed again due to damage to the vaginal wall caused by strenuous movements during sexual intercourse. Once a woman’s hymen is completely ruptured, she should not bleed again. If the vagina bleeds again during sex, it may also be caused by gynecological diseases, which should be treated by a doctor in time to find out the cause. If a woman has unexplained vaginal bleeding symptoms, she should go to a regular hospital in a timely manner, complete the relevant examinations, and under the guidance of the doctor, targeted treatment, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
