Discharge before menstruation

Normally before menstruation, there is an increase in menstrual flow due to the strong secretion of the endometrial glands. Therefore, clinically, if there is an increase in vaginal discharge in the second half of menstruation, it is possible that menstruation is coming. However, this increase in vaginal discharge is not yellowish in color, nor does it have a bad smell, it just manifests as milky white leukorrhea with an increase in volume. So it is important to distinguish between the increase in discharge caused by vaginal inflammation, cervical inflammation, or the increase in discharge before menstruation. In any case, before menstruation, the discharge is milky white and has no odor or a faint fishy smell. Other cases of leukorrhea are abnormal, it is recommended to go to the hospital to do routine leukorrhea tests, and then clinically given treatment. Before menstruation if the vaginal discharge increases, to keep the vulva clean, wash once a day.
