Stone shower is a TCM diagnostic term and a Western medical concept of urinary system stones. It includes all urinary system stones, i.e. kidney stones, ureteral stones, bladder stones, urethral stones, prostate stones, which all fall under the scope of stone shower. It is different from Western medicine, where the diagnosis is different according to the location. In Chinese medicine, stones in the urinary system are collectively called stone gonorrhea, regardless of their location. The treatment method is similar to Western medicine, but extracorporeal lithotripsy is recommended for larger stones, and after extracorporeal lithotripsy, herbal lithotripsy can be used.
