What to do if you have a nosebleed from bending your head down

The nosebleed needs to be stopped in time by bending the head down, and it can be stopped by using the stuffing method or acupressure method.
1. Filling method: the disinfected cotton ball into the nasal cavity, the use of filler compression of the nasal bleeding site, so that the ruptured blood vessels occluded to achieve the purpose of hemostasis. 2. It is suitable for patients with small amount of bleeding and the bleeding site is at the front of the nasal cavity.
