Does ibuprofen delay menstruation

The main action of ibuprofen is to act on the nervous system to lower the pain threshold and relieve pain. The clinical appearance of delayed menstruation is not in any way related to painkillers. The presence of delayed menstruation is mostly related to pregnancy, and then ovarian dysfunction, which may cause delayed menstruation. Also if there is mental tension, exertion, or excessive obesity can delay menstruation, therefore ibuprofen does not cause the manifestation of delayed menstruation.
