What causes gonorrhea?

Gonorrhea is a term used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It may be caused by Damp-Heat in the Lower Jiao (Dampness and Heat invading the intestines, bladder, Yin, lower limbs, etc.), Liver Depression and Stagnation of Qi (Poor Qi and Blood Transportation in the Liver, Emotional and Spiritual depression), Liver and Kidney Deficiency and other reasons. 1. Damp-heat in the lower Jiao (dampness and heat invading the intestines, bladder, pubic region, lower limbs, etc.): mainly bladder or large intestine lesions occurring when damp-heat invades the lower Jiao, resulting in symptoms such as dribbling in the urine, foul-smelling feces, bloating and pain in the lower abdomen, and accompanied by fatigue, thirst, and so on. 2. Kidney deficiency is not solid: refers to the kidney deficiency patients with water dampness and turbidity of the disease, which is manifested in the urine gonorrhea, eye feces and eyes, stomach and epigastric distension and fullness and other symptoms. 3. Spleen and kidney deficiency: mainly is not cured for a long time, dampness and heat depletion of positive qi, bladder qi is unfavorable, resulting in urinary gonorrhea, shortness of breath and fatigue, lumbar soreness and cold limbs, hot flashes (a burst of fever) night sweating (after going to sleep sweat abnormally, wake up sweating to stop) and other symptoms.
