Most of the wandering pain in the leg has two diseases: 1. It may be seen in nerve compression and nerve inflammation, commonly like the compression of the sciatic nerve by a herniated disc, or sciatic nerve inflammation, patients often show wandering pain in the leg, but most of this wandering pain will be manifested in the outer thigh. In addition, patients often have radiating pain and numbness in the legs. If a lumbar disc CT or lumbar disc MRI is targeted, these patients will have significant nerve root compression by herniated discs. This is because the theory of Chinese medicine says that wind is good at moving several changes, if the leg pain is caused by wind or cold, most of it is caused by wandering pain in the leg. If the pain is caused by wind or cold, most of the pain is wandering pain in the leg, with no fixed pain point as the main manifestation. For this type of patients, most of them should consider oral treatment with herbs to dispel wind and paralysis.
