Occult pain in the right lower abdomen near the hip bone is seen in the following cases: first, appendicitis, due to many anatomical variants of the appendix, including pelvic, anterior ileal and posterior cecum or subplasma appendix, the attack will manifest as localized pain; also accompanied by nausea and vomiting; even with increased blood count and obvious pelvic irritation symptoms, if necessary, surgical treatment is required. Secondly, muscle injury or localized fasciitis caused by long-term chronic strain may also manifest as pain, which can be improved by physical therapy; some patients may also manifest as localized pain due to lumbar disc herniation and degenerative changes of osteophytes. X-rays can be performed to detect degenerative bone changes, and care should be taken not to strain in general.
