If there is no disease basis and no special discomfort symptoms, and based on the exclusion of other tumor metastasis, the multiple small nodules in the lungs can continue to be reviewed regularly and not be treated for the time being, but there is the possibility of further progression to lung tumors. If there is a history of long-term exposure to dust environment, it is necessary to consider whether it is pneumoconiosis or silicosis. Early stage is mostly asymptomatic, and once cough, sputum, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other respiratory discomforts occur, the disease process may progress faster, and there is no good treatment except lung transplantation in the late stage. A few people may have metastasis of malignant tumors in other parts of the body, or secondary, disseminated tuberculosis, which requires early improvement of examination, definitive diagnosis and early acceptance of regular treatment.
