Causes of middle finger pain in women

Pain in the middle finger of women may be caused by tenosynovitis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or cervical spondylosis.
1. Tenosynovitis: Overuse of the middle finger for a long period of time requires doing very fine work with the finger. When the joints move, the tendons and tendon sheaths rub against each other excessively, thus causing stenosing tenosynovitis in the middle finger area, which will lead to pain and impaired joint movement of the middle finger.
2. Osteoarthritis: mainly caused by tissue degeneration and cumulative strain, such as the involvement of the joints of the hand, there may be pain in the middle finger.
3. Rheumatoid arthritis: It is a kind of arthritis mainly caused by the immune reaction of synovial membrane of the joints due to cold and humidity, resulting in swelling and pain in the joints.
4. Cervical spondylosis: It may be the herniation of cervical intervertebral discs in several segments, which compresses the nerve root and affects the median nerve, thus causing pain in the middle finger.
If the symptoms persist, you should go to the hospital in time and standardize the treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
