What stage is prostate cancer 3+4?

Prostate cancer 3+4 is a method of pathologic grading of prostate cancer that can be used to assess a patient’s prognosis as at least intermediate risk; this indicator cannot be used to assess staging. Prostate cancer is a disease of older men and may be related to factors such as genetics environment food obesity. Prostate cancer is generally an alveolar carcinoma, and its malignancy can be assessed according to the degree of differentiation of the prostate gland and the growth of the tumor, which is usually graded according to the Gleason grading system. According to Gleason grading system, in how much the tumors of different structures are divided into major grading zone and minor grading zone, each zone is 1~5 points, the total score is less than or equal to 6 points for low-risk stage, the total score is 7 points for intermediate-risk stage, and the total score is greater than or equal to 8 points for high-risk stage, and the higher the score is, the worse the prognosis is. When the Gleason score is 3+4=7, if the PSA is not higher than 20ng/ml and the clinical stage is not higher than T2b, it is medium risk; if the PSA>20ng/ml, or the clinical stage is higher than T2b, it is high risk. However, Gleason score cannot be used to evaluate patient staging. Patient staging is usually judged by TNM staging, in which T evaluates the size, number, and extent of invasion of the primary tumor, etc., N evaluates regional lymph node metastasis, and M evaluates distant metastasis. If prostate cancer is suspected or diagnosed, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital for a comprehensive evaluation of the condition and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment to avoid delays.
