How to hit your head on the wall

If you hit your head on the wall with a relatively small impact, just pay attention to rest, because the impact is relatively small and the patient may not have special discomfort. If the impact is strong or if symptoms such as dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, insomnia and anxiety occur after the injury, it is necessary to consider the possibility of concussion. Patients with concussions need to pay attention to changes in their condition because concussions are mainly based on rest and symptomatic treatment. However, there is no abnormality in head CT in the early stage of head trauma, but one needs to be highly alert to the possibility of delayed intracranial hemorrhage, and the head condition needs 72 hours to be fully stabilized. For patients with very strong head impact, impaired consciousness, nausea, vomiting and headache after the injury, it is necessary to highly suspect the combination of intracranial hemorrhage, and such patients need to go to the hospital immediately.
