Can red spots on the stomach of pregnancy be fetal toxicity?

Red dots on the belly during pregnancy are not fetal toxicity. If a patient develops red dots on the stomach with an itching sensation occurring, consider the occurrence of skin allergies, like eczema or hives, which can cause similar symptoms to manifest. The occurrence of these conditions is closely related to the patient eating special items, or being exposed to special items, or recent changes in hormone levels. Other patients develop red dots on their stomachs due to the occurrence of pigmented nevi. The occurrence of pigmented nevus is closely related to changes in the patient’s own hormone levels. The occurrence of pigmented nevus does not mean that the patient has fetal toxicity. Other patients with small red dots on the stomach are vascular nevi, which may have occurred before the patient became pregnant, and vascular nevi are caused by local capillary dilation.
