Usually, bleeding and scabbing after laser spot removal is a normal phenomenon. Scabs after laser spot removal are mainly considered to be related to the following two mechanisms: pigment absorption of specific wavelengths of laser light, the epidermis in the photothermal effect caused by the precise parts of thermal damage; peeling laser vaporization of the epidermis directly destroys the structure of the epidermis. Both mechanisms may cause bleeding, generally the amount of bleeding is small, and a more stable scab will be formed in 1-3 days. Generally bleeding scabs after laser spot removal will gradually fall off with the passage of time, which usually takes 7-10 days without too much special intervention. However, it should be noted that after laser spot removal, the location of scabs should be avoided scratching, so as not to affect the skin aesthetics; strict sun protection after scab removal; avoid spicy and stimulating food in diet.
