What causes round light spots in the eyes

A round light spot in front of the eyes may be due to glaucoma and retinal pull. 1. Glaucoma: The occurrence of glaucoma is mostly related to poor circulation of atrial fluid. High intraocular pressure will lead to edema of the cornea, and the refractive state of the cornea to the light will be changed, and the patient will have iris vision, with rainbow-colored circles of light appearing in front of the eyes. 2. Retinal pull: When the vitreous body is detached from the retina, the retina is pulled by the vitreous body, and the retina mistakenly turns the pull signal into an electrical signal and transmits it to the brain, forming a flashing light spot. Glaucoma as well as retinal pull can cause great damage to a patient’s vision. When a round spot appears in front of the patient’s eyes, it is recommended to seek medical attention and treatment according to the cause of the problem to avoid affecting vision and causing blindness.
