There are a lot of Chinese patent medicines to protect the liver and benefit the gallbladder, commonly used in the clinic, such as Shu gallbladder capsule, clearing the liver and benefit the gallbladder oral solution, jaundice Yin Chen granules. 1. Shu gallbladder capsule, by rhubarb, hedgehog, gardenia, scutellaria baicalensis, inoceramus, menthol and so on composition. Its effects include dredging the liver and inducing bile (dredging the qi of the liver and gallbladder), relieving pain, removing stones, and clearing heat and detoxification (removing heat and toxicity and evil qi from the body). It is used for cholangitis, postoperative biliary tract infections, cholecystitis and biliary tract stones that are caused by stagnation of liver and gallbladder qi, and accumulation of dampness and heat (dampness and heat evils accumulate with each other in the body). Caution should be taken when the spleen is trapped by cold and dampness, or when the spleen is deficient in loose stools (thin and unformed feces). 2. Liver and Gallbladder Clearing Oral Liquid is composed of Yin Chen, Gardenia and Fenghui. It is effective in clearing damp-heat in liver and gallbladder (damp-heat is accumulated in liver and gallbladder). It is used for the symptoms of damp-heat of liver and gallbladder, such as fatigue, yellow urine, nausea (no appetite, less food), dystocia (pain in the area of coercion and ribs), and so on. Contraindications for adverse reactions are not clear. Avoid tobacco, alcohol and spicy and greasy food. 3. Jaundice Yin Chen Granules is composed of Yin Chen, rhubarb and licorice. It is effective in clearing away heat and inducing bile (removing heat evil and facilitating the flow of bile) and reducing jaundice. It is used for jaundice type infectious hepatitis of liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome. Adverse reactions are not clear, note that pregnant women should not take.
