The course of anti-tuberculosis drugs must be sufficient. Through the treatment of pleural fluid and oral tuberculosis drugs, most patients can be cured, but it should be noted that for some of the encapsulated pleural effusion, or drainage effect is not good pleural fluid, but also to be thoracoscopy or open thoracic surgery to be localized treatment.
