How to treat endometrial adhesions

There are two main methods of treating endometrial adhesions. The first method is blunt detachment, which is mainly used to treat milder endometrial adhesions. In the clinic, the general choice is to use intrauterine injection or intrauterine placement of a balloon, which is injected with fluid or gas for separation. The second method is endometrial electrosurgery, which is mainly used for moderate or severe endometrial adhesions. This type of electrosurgery also causes damage to the endometrium and is particularly prone to recurrence. Therefore, after endometriosis surgery, patients can choose to put a ring or balloon stent in the uterine cavity to prevent adhesions, and need to take oral estrogen, aspirin, or Chinese medicine to repair the endometrium, usually at least 3 cycles of medication, the ring or stent in the uterine cavity, which can be taken out in about 1 month.
