Men’s health is a very broad issue, including reproductive health, sexual health, and prostate health, so male reproductive health checkups are mainly focused on these issues. The common tests include semen routine and seminal plasma biochemical examination, sex hormone test, which mainly assesses male reproductive function, and ultrasound examination of scrotum, spermatic cord and prostate gland, which mainly clarifies whether there is varicocele and testicular dysplasia, and prostate fluid routine examination mainly excludes prostatitis. For men over 50 years of age, regular prostate-specific antigen checks are needed to rule out prostate cancer.
