Ginseng Efficacy and Effects

The effects and functions of ginseng include benefiting vital energy and nourishing blood (replenishing the body’s vital energy and blood), strengthening the spleen and lungs (strengthening the functions of the spleen and lungs), and tranquilizing the mind and spirit.
