Glutaminase 90 can be recovered if it is physiologically high, and medication is needed if it is pathologically high due to liver disease.
1. Physiological high: alanine aminotransferase is an important indicator for checking liver function, generally at 0-40U/L, if there is overwork and alcohol consumption before the test of alanine aminotransferase, then alanine aminotransferase will increase physiologically and reach 90U/L. In this case, adjusting the lifestyle and strictly limiting the consumption of alcohol, after a period of time, alanine aminotransferase can be restored to normal.
2. Pathological increase: if the patient has viral hepatitis, fatty liver, medication liver injury, etc., the liver is damaged, the alanine aminotransferase can’t be recovered by itself, and need to take drugs to control the condition.
