How to save yourself from drowning

After drowning, it is important to be calm, relaxed, and wait for an opportunity to call for help. Drowning can be caused by mistakenly entering deep water, water plants entangling legs and feet, and leg cramps.
1. If you enter deep water by mistake, you must remain calm, take a deep breath, rush to the opposite direction, press the water with your hands or feet, leave the deep water, try to expose your mouth and nose to the water, and call for help if you find someone around you.
2. If you are swimming in the wild, by the water grass wrapped legs and feet, do not panic, do not struggle, so as not to wrap more and more tight water grass, you can take a deep breath, bend down and dive into the water with a hand to help unravel the entanglement of the water grass, swim to the shore or no water grass, waiting for an opportunity to call for help.
3. If the leg cramps, to remain calm, first of all, immediately call for help, take a deep breath, bend over and dive into the water with a hand massage and rub the cramped parts. Swim back to shore immediately after relief.
Be sure not to swim alone, especially to unfamiliar places wild swimming.
