The symptoms of eczema in children can be divided into the following types: 1. Acute phase: the rash is redder in color, appears red and swollen, a large area of erythema, papules fusion, and can appear vesicles, exudation. 2. Subacute type: the rash is redder in color, can appear erythema, papules, and has a small amount of exudation, scratch marks. 3. Chronic phase: the rash is darker in color, the rash is thicker, can appear furrow deepening, skin crest elevation, with secondary rashes such as chaps and scratches. In clinical treatment, there are different treatments for each phase, for example, for acute vesicles and exudates, topical oxyfloxacin gel can be used. For subacute exudation, topical licorice oil can be used. For chronic hypertrophic rash, topical hydrocortisone butyrate ointment can be used.
